This policy explains how Boba Champs handles information when you use Boba Big 2 on the web or in the iOS app. We use player information to operate accounts, multiplayer tables, friends, progress, and optional tournament interest. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking.
Information You Provide
- Account email, player name, password credential, and marketing preference.
- Your selected character and friend connections.
- Optional ZIP code and nominated cafe or boba spot when joining the tournament interest list.
Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. The game does not store payment card details and does not offer real-money wagering.
Gameplay Information
We process room participation, cards played, scores, round and match results, achievements, character progress, and limited preset table reactions. Public game surfaces may show your player name, character, score, rank, and gameplay results to other players.
How Information Is Used
- Authenticate accounts and recover access.
- Run solo and multiplayer games, invitations, friends, and leaderboards.
- Save progress and prevent fraud or abusive use.
- Contact opted-in players about Boba Champs updates or nominated tournament locations.
Service Providers
Hosting and infrastructure providers process information only as needed to deliver the game, store account data, and keep the service reliable. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect players and the service.
Retention And Deletion
Account information is retained while your account is active. To delete it, sign in, open the Account screen, choose Delete Account, and confirm Delete Permanently. Login credentials, friends, saved progress, and tournament nomination information are removed. Historical match records may remain only in anonymized form so completed table results still balance correctly.
Security
We use access controls, signed sessions, rate limits, and encrypted network transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password and sign-in codes private.
Children
Boba Big 2 accounts are intended for players age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should use the support page below.
