Account Access
Choose Log in, then Forgot password? to request a new six-digit reset code. Player names can be changed from the signed-in Account screen, subject to the displayed cooldown.
Delete Your Account
Sign in, open the Account screen, choose Delete Account, and confirm Delete Permanently. The request is completed in the app without requiring a separate support message.
Learn The Game
Use the interactive tutorial from the table picker. During a game, tap the book icon for the hand-ranking cheat sheet.
Connection Problems
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile connection and reopen the app. Solo practice remains available when online tables are reconnecting. Invitations use the room code shown in the lobby and expire after the room closes.
